There are many qualities that I believe make an effective tutor. I have learned to be a great listener and even better communicator during my studies. I am able to effectively write and verbalize the information that my students need. Organization skills are something I possess and I am very committed and dedicated to maintaining a professional demeanor. I have enthusiasm and love learning new things. Additionally, I am always eager to solve a problem. I am also great at multitasking and am very patient with my pupils. The best part of tutoring to me is knowing that I am making some sort of difference in the person's education. In addition to my personal qualities, I also have educational background and experience which has shaped me into the tutor I am today. I am a Psychology major and a Special Education major both. I have hands-on experience working with children with Autism. I am able to help in a number of different subjects, including math, English, science, and more. When I am not tutoring or studying, you can find me running, swimming, and spending time with my family. I am looking forward to helping your child achieve and exceed their academic goals.
